Our Founder and CEO is Krisnakumar Sundaram, who has over two
decades of industry experience. He started his career from a reputed
Accounting firm and eventually held responsible positions in Siemens
and AIG before engaging in this venture. Though he is a Chartered
Accountant, he is an acclaimed strategic thinker. He has wide
experience in management consulting, risk assessments and strategic
planning. His vision, lateral thinking, pragmatic approach and quick
decisions have helped us achieve satisfactory levels of sustainable
growth.
Our COO and CFO is Lekha Krishnakumar. Chartered Accountant
with over two decades of experience, she has been the pillar and
backbone of this organization. Arguably, one the most talented and
ingenuous persons we could find. She is meticulous and numbers
speak to her. She can untangle worst of the tangles and messes with
ease and panache. In addition to her management support she is
owner of Lekha and Co, Chartered Accountants, which has been in
active business since 1998.
Both Krishnakumar and Lekha have extensive experience in Finance
and Software industry. However, their knowledge and experience
includes hospitality and manufacturing as well.
We are encouraged by immense confidence and support of Murali
Natarajan, Director and CEO of AROM-L, a reinsurance BPO based in
Kualalumpur, Malaysia. Murali has over three decades of experience in
the insurance and reinsurance arena.
Our People
We have qualified professionals in the field of Financial Analysis,
Accounting, Software development and ERP consulting. In addition we
have partners across India who can provide us people with the skill
sets required specifically for projects. This enables right person for the
right job. Further it helps in upward and downward scalability to
manage overheads and ensures sustained profitability.
